Surrounded by ancient mountains, fruit trees, flowing rivers, and sacred forests, this retreat’s location was handpicked to evoke peace, connection with nature, wellness, and transformation. Are you taking any Covid Precautions? As of right now there are now requirements for vaccination or covid PCR testing to enter the country. Additionally if you have a north american or european passport you don’t need to pre apply for a visa to visit ecuador 

Will I be with a group?

Yes, the group will be between 5-10 people. In consideration of all of our health, safety, and enjoyment, We will host no more than 10 people at a time for this group retreat.

Do I need a passport?

Yes!

Is there anything I need to do to prepare?

Yes, a tiny bit of prep work is involved just to make sure you get the most out of this. Like homework, the choice to do it or not is always yours. No judgment here ? We will send it over to your email. 

 

Can I bring my children

Ideally, no.

What’s the Refund Policy?

Please be sure you’re able to attend. No Refunds. Please review our complete refund policy prior to booking your retreat. COMPLETE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY.  READ CAREFULLY PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR DEPOSIT! You will be required to sign a release of liability form prior to attending any retreat with us. Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we can not. In order to protect yourself, purchase travel insurance prior to your trip. If we cancel a retreat (which we have never had to do) however,  if we do cancel a trip, we will refund you all deposits and payments you have paid. We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred.  In the unlikely event that our retreat is canceled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be dependent upon receiving a refund from the hosts that we work with. Travel insurance will cover these risks. The only way a deposit may be refunded is if the airport is closed.

Travel Insurance: Travel Insurance can protect you in the event that  you cancel your participation in the retreat, the retreat is canceled for any reason, lost baggage, medical expenses, etc. We recommend World Nomads Insurance, which offers simple and flexible trip insurance for international travel.  Another reputable travel insurance agency is  Travel Guard, which offers a variety of travel insurances, including the option for a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” policy.  Please note, you must contact Travel Guard and purchase the policy within 15 days of  buying your airline tickets or incurring any costs for any part of your travel.
